Thermally Stable Polycrystalline Diamond(TSP) for oil drill bits
TSP is unbacked polycrystalline diamond product, which is manufactured by the same ultra-high pressure and high temperature techniques associated with other PCD products. It is thermally stable up to 1200癈 for its binder is chemically inert and has a similiar coefficient of thermal expansion to that of diamond. It is suitable for mining bits and oil drlling bits.
